I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about getting my engagement ring for my fiancée without seeing it in person, but once I started looking into past customers, and seeing what a great experience they had, I started to feel a little better. Once I had actually talked to you a few times, I felt like you really cared about how this ring turned out and understood how important it was too me. You spent countless hours, day and night, helping me with this ring so that it was just as I had envisioned.
